Chief Group were responsible for all the civil works for the project including the Concrete and Asphalt roads, the car park works and all the associated earthworks. The project was completed in 3 stages and spanned numerous stakeholders.
Chief Group were apart of this project from the onset and were always treated as being a part of the team. We were able to discuss design changes and implement different ways of constructing the works which proved to be the difference.
Interfacing between the building trades and Chief's scope was managed through open and honest conversations throughout.
Due to the nature of the works and the tight work areas, Chief worked extremely close with Pellicano to ensure the works were completed when required. Time Frames were ever changing due to COVID and the difficulties of working within a heritage site.
